Chirr App LLC ("we", "us", "our"), the legal entity behind Daisy Chain AI, is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy provides guidance on how we handle refunds, emphasizing fairness and understanding in cases where our service may not meet expectations.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for purchases made on Daisy Chain AI within 14 days of the purchase date.

Specific Terms for Credits Packs

  • Proportional Refunds: For Credits Packs, if any portion has been used, we will refund the remaining balance. For example, if 20% of the Credits Pack has been utilized, you will receive an 80% refund of the purchase price.

  • Full Refund in Specific Cases: In the event that our service has bugs, faults, or does not perform as advertised, we will offer a full refund of your Credits Pack, irrespective of the usage.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Non-refundable Services: Services or products marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase are not eligible for refunds.

Processing of Refunds

  • Timeframe: Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe after the refund request is approved, typically within 10 business days.
