After copying the keyword, he searched for it on Google. Then, navigate to the "people also asked" section and click on a few of the questions to expand them.

Once he had a few questions open, he copied them and started prepping ChatGPT for writing the article.

Without disclosing the name of the brand, he tells ChatGPt some unique aspects from the brand. It is to ensure that ChatGPT doesn’t throw generic information about the brand which may not rank as such.

Thereafter, he preps ChatGPT so that it knows now going to prep chat GPT to make sure that  it knows to use bullet points and headings.

INPUT Prompt: I want you to use all normal formatting for a blog post, including headings and bullet points, do you understand?

Thereafter, he prompts ChatGPT to answer the questions on keyword that he had copied from google search results.

ChatGPT now understands the context and stores the information. It asks - Please let me know if you have any specific direction or information you world like me to include in the article.

He then shows us a script he has created using ChatGPT earlier. Available here.

This script extracts product-related keywords and their relevant links from the e-commerce store in the following manner:

1. Step 1: In the google doc, go to extensions and click on Apps Script.

2. Step 2: Copy and paste the script in the file on Google Apps Script page.

3. Step 3: Replace the keyword with “Google ad word” and url with: “https://ads.google.com/aw/keywordplanner//”

4. Step 4: Save and run the script. It’ll ask for permissions, allow the same.

5. Step 5: It’ll run the script and add a hyperlink to the google doc with the script output. Open the project.

6. Step 6: On opening the file, you can see that it adds the keywords and their respective URLs from line 17 onwards.

7. Step 7: You can now copy line 17 onwards and paste it to google sheets as text to columns. Using find and replace and remove text like ‘ addLinks(“ ’ and get the keyword in column along with the link in next column.

8. Step 8: Now, you have a list of keywords and their respective URLs on e-commerce stores.

These keywords and their URLs can now be linked with the article in ChatGPT.

You could further reduce your workload and write an article with internal links written by ChatGPT.  Here’s a workflow you could use.

Input Prompt: Write a blog post. Include as internal links using markdown hyperlink keywords using links as the Ahref. Use keyword rich anchor text. Here are some links to include as markdown internal links in the article:

This prompt will generate an article that can be copied and pasted directly into platforms such as Shopify or WordPress. In case the formatting generated by ChatGPT is incorrect, an HTML Washer might be necessary to fix it.

You could develop glossary pages on your website to add quick content to your website. At the bottom of the page, you can add links to the brands page. If one of the glossary pages starts to rank well, it will give power to the brand pages as well.
